Experience That Spans the Table
I’m Susan Tweedy, Founder and CEO of Aetherium Impact. For more than two decades, I’ve led and advised organizations at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution - across regulated industries, high-growth environments, and complex transformations where the margin for error is small.
I’ve sat on both sides of the table.
As the Chief Information Officer of a $12B regional bank, I guided enterprise modernization in a highly regulated environment where accountability, risk management, and operational resilience were non-negotiable. I’ve also advised CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Boards as a senior leader at CGI, Hitachi Consulting, and Arthur Andersen, helping executive teams navigate digital transformation, AI readiness, and regulatory complexity with clarity and discipline.
I’ve spent time in the startup trenches as well - leading technology in venture-backed and founder-led organizations through critical growth stages. That includes building and scaling platforms under real financial pressure: one organization backed by Sequoia Capital and later acquired by Oracle, and another operating on angel funding where every dollar, decision, and trade-off mattered.
This breadth of experience shapes how I work today. I understand what boards need to hear, what executives need to decide, and what technology teams must deliver — because I’ve lived the tension of aligning all three when the stakes are highest.
