Clarity Creates Impact

About Aetherium Impact

Clarity enables progress.

As AI and technology reshape how organizations operate, the challenge is rarely technology itself. It’s understanding what’s already in place, how decisions are being made, and where leadership focus is required next.

When clarity is missing, organizations spend more, move slower, and struggle to connect technology and AI initiatives to real business outcomes - even with strong strategies in place.

Aetherium Impact helps leaders cut through complexity, establish clarity, and move forward with confidence and purpose.

My Approach

Diagnose. Then prescribe.

Technology challenges are rarely technology problems alone. They are alignment problems - between strategy, data, investment and execution.

My work starts with clarity
* Understanding how technology investments support - or undermine - business priorities
* Making spend, risk and opportunity visible to leadership
* Creating shared understanding across business and technology teams

I diagnose before I prescribe.

That’s how leaders avoid costly missteps and build momentum that lasts.

About Susan Tweedy

AI is accelerating. Regulatory scrutiny is intensifying. Technology spend is rising - without proportional returns.

Most organizations don’t lack tools. They lack clarity and disciplined alignment.

I founded Aetherium Impact to help regulated and mid-market enterprises align AI, governance, and modernization to create measurable business outcomes.

For more than two decades, I’ve operated at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise technology, and accountability - in environments where execution failures surface in financial results, regulatory exams, and board oversight.

As Chief Information Officer of a $12B regional bank, I led enterprise modernization inside a highly regulated environment where resilience and governance were non-negotiable.

As a senior leader at CGI, Hitachi Consulting, and Arthur Andersen, I advised CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, CISOs, and Boards navigating digital transformation, AI readiness, and regulatory complexity.

I have also led technology strategy in venture-backed and founder-led companies during critical growth phases - including one backed by Sequoia Capital and later acquired by Oracle - where capital discipline and strategic execution determined survival.

What distinguishes my approach is not technology expertise. It is executive judgment.

Enterprise transformation requires a balance between strategic ambition, technological capability and regulatory accountability. AI accelerates all three - and magnifies the consequences when misaligned.

Through Aetherium Impact, I work with executive teams and boards to align AI, governance, and strategy to create measurable outcomes.
